Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Whippany, NJ

Responsibilities

• Create and manage activity plans.

• Maintain an ideas development backlog.

• Document business requirements in Confluence and develop user stories.

• Collaborate with development teams to conduct cost-benefit analyses.

• Coordinate with testing teams to track progress through JIRA.

• Manage handovers to support teams.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financials as a Business Analyst, including comprehensive knowledge of all related components.

• Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• A good sense of design and aesthetics for creating one-pagers and updating SharePoint sites.

• Ability to critically evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements.
