AON Account Executive in Thailand

What the day will look like

This position is handled most of our major corporate accounts, complex risks which our current portfolio is comprised of all line of business i.e. Property Damage and Business Interruption Insurance (PDBI), Engineering and Construction, Commercial General Liability Insurance (CGL), Terrorism etc. Moreover, to focus and develop and penetrate including cross selling from our existing portfolio to build new business new clients and innovation products i.e. Non-damage BI-Pandemic, Crop, Livestock, Ship-Builder Risks, Environmental Liability etc.

MAIN DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Preparing and handling all the operation and document works for each broking AE before sending them to the processing team, thus allowing the broking AEs to focus on their placement and secure new business as planned for 2024.

  • Double-checking the document works of AEs to avoid any errors and omissions (E&O) and ensuring compliance with the Aon non-negotiable KPIs monthly.

  • Preparing all the reports required by the management and providing timely and accurate data.

  • Coordinate with processing, claim and finance team when needed

  • Adhoc works i.e. translate database, arrange the meeting, event and seminar etc

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field, preferable in insurance or risk

  • At least 2 years’ experience in insurance industry

  • Excellent in English & Thai Communication Skills

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Highly Motivated, Team-player

  • Strong Analytical capabilities

  • Ability to make Client presentations

  • Personal Computing Skills and use of common office software - MS Office
