Apprentice Technician

Suburban Troy Subaru is in partnership with Lithia and Driveway, North America’s largest publicly traded dealership group. Our service department is hiring Apprentice Technicians looking to start their career in automotive! We are seeking somebody to perform minor services and oil changes efficiently and accurately per Lithia and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair order work to Lithia and manufacturer standards.

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Document work performed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.

• Automotive Technical Knowledge is helpful but not required.

• Apprentice/Lube Technician experience helpful– No previous experience required.

  High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
