This position will assist in assigning individual students to their residence hall rooms using a specialized housing management program, StarRez. Manages daily room changes and billing of all University residents using StarRez and Banner. Assists other departments to reserve rooms for special groups during the academic year. Provides support in the coordination of housing special events. Assists walk-in customers and answers phones and emails. This position interprets and reviews program policies/procedures and provides information about the programs activities to students, staff, program participants, and/or the public. Composes written communications and establishes and maintains records related to program operations.
