Description

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression.

Responsibilities:

· Greet clients and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service

· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails

· Manage and maintain the reception area, including tidiness and organization

· Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing documents and reports

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Maintain accurate records and databases

· Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

· 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role is preferred but not required

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

· Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
