Role overview

We're looking for a Nutritionist to join our team and support the Customer Experience Team with daily queries. The Nutritionist's duties include providing nutrition consultations to customers, creating presentations regarding food, and communicating with the Customer Experience Team regarding customers' inquiries.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in health and nutrition and possesses problem-solving skills. Additionally, they are able to communicate in both Arabic and English. The goal is to support our customers in their journey toward a healthy lifestyle.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing dietary consultations with customers based on their health habits, exercise routines, and food preferences

• Clarify information to customers and explain the effects of nutrients on the overall health condition

• Conduct food presentations for the Customer Experience Team that would support them with customer queries

• Respond to customers' questions by providing support to the Customer Experience Team

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of nutritional diets and trends

• Interpreting blood test results to provide customers with a suitable meal plan

• Engaging with customers in a positive manner

  Ideal Candidate

  Qualifications 

• Must have a nutritionist education background

• Extensive and proven experience in the field of Nutrition

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

• Must be proficient with Microsoft office tools 

• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers

  Knowledge and competency

• Up-to-date with health and food trends, locally and internationally
