Yield Engineering team

Your Job:

Support the team with advanced data analysis on the state-of-the-art RRAM concept. A detailed understanding of the nondeterministic device behavior requires the data review with a large statistical base. After an introduction phase into the systems and the memory concept, you will be working on large datasets and creating results which will help the team to better understand the observations and sensitivities to process variations. In close collaboration with the data analysis team, the work is structured in small packages in an iterative approach.

Required Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering, Physics or Technical background

• Knowledge of Semiconductors or the Semiconductor industry

• Knowledge of semiconductor nonvolatile memories

• Knowledge of emerging memory concepts is a plus

• Advanced data analysis and preprocessing skills

• First experience with Databases and SQL is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Capable to communicate in English language – written & verbal

  Period

• from now on for at least 6 months

• a maximum of 20 hours/week during the semester and a maximum of 40 hours/week during semester holidays
