Marathon Engineering is seeking an experienced, full-time Surveyor to join our Rochester team. This management-level role involves collaborating with our Survey Manager to create boundary and topographic survey maps and supporting documents for our clients. As you continue to grow your skills and abilities, you will have the chance to step into a senior management role, contributing to the overall success and growth of Marathon Engineering.Responsibilities:Collaborate with designers to determine the necessary files for survey operations, ensuring accuracy before their use.Manage the survey team, overseeing tools and equipment for optimal performance and creating a cohesive working environment.Establish comprehensive project survey plans to streamline operations and support machine control technology setup and maintenance.Ensure regular equipment maintenance, and calibration.Uphold safety standards and protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and achieving high levels of client satisfaction through accurate survey deliverables.Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in boundary and topographical surveying.Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D).Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.Eagerness to contribute to new projects in the Western New York Area.Proficiency with Trimble GPS and Robotic survey equipment.
