Aerotek Electrical Technician in Rochester, New York

Description:

Manufacturing company in Rochester, NY is in search of an electrical technician to build and test electrical components and systems for automated machinery. This opportunity includes competitive health benefits upon hire, 401k, paid holidays, and PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for following blueprints and schematics for electrical wiring

  • Perform electrical testing using various tools

  • Work with engineering to adjust prints and build information

Skill Recommendations:

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.

  • Previous machine building or electrical panel wiring experience preferred

  • Previous electrical experience necessary; certifications not required but beneficial

  • Proficiency with tools used in assembly and testing

Additional Information:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Shift: First/Day shift

  • Clean work environment

  • No overnight travel required

  • Pay $24 - $32/hr based on experience
