Short term residential installation. Requires a P1 license. Job will include installation of commode, Tub Drain, 3 Piece Tub with Fixtures, new water heater and new sink.

The pay rate for this job is $40 - $45 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Job will include installation of commode, Tub Drain, 3 Piece Tub with Fixtures, new water heater and new sink.  

 Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial / residential plumbing

• Requires P1 Plumbing License

• Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly 

• In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area 

• Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite 

• References that will verify your professional skills and experience

• Reliable transportation to and from job site 

• Must have steel toed work boots and all PPE's 

• OSHA-10 Construction Certification preferred, not required 

• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
