Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, preferably within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment. Some job duties include Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, compressors, and refrigeration units, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and testing of HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with GMP standards and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues, providing effective and timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid HVAC Technician license or certification

• 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician in an industrial setting, preferably within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

• Proficient in reading and interpreting HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other maintenance management software

• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and regulations, including ASHRAE, NFPA, and OSHA null
