PCA offers health insurance within 90 days of employment and discounted daycare for their employee\'s children. Vacation will also be provided after one year of working with us. You will need to be punctual and flexible with the hours of 7am- 530pm. We do require a fingerprint background check, which is paid for if you stay employed with us. DHS requires training which is provided at our cost as well. Having experience is great, but not mandatory. Must have high school diploma or GED and be 18 years of age. Your rate of pay will be based on your education and/or certifications in Early Childhood Education.
