Regular Route Bus Driver

The Pekin Community School District is looking for qualified School Bus Driver to drive a regular daily bus route for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Requirements include:

• Iowa Driver's License, must have or willing to obtain CDL Endorsement, School Bus Endorsement, Passenger Endorsement.
• Subject to new ELDT training if you do not already have the above endorsements.
• Pass a DOT physical by a certified physician, a pre-employment drug test conducted by our school nurse, and criminal background check.
• Within 6 months of employment the driver must complete a STOP training course.

*District will assist you in the process if needed.
