DESCRIPTION

Sales and Merchandising RepresentativeImmediately hiring for part-time Sales and Merchandising Representative. This position offers a flexible Monday – Friday schedule with lots of opportunities for career growth with our company. You’d be a great fit for this role if you are enthusiastic, great at problem-solving, highly organized, and work well independently.Our Mosaic SMART sales team is responsible for the execution of planogram displays, merchandising, sales reporting, and negotiating for shelf space in grocery stores within a defined territory. You’ll be working with brands you love like Campbells and Coca-Cola.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You’d be a great fit if you have:

• Sales experience

• Retail Channel experience in grocery & mass preferred

• Highly effective verbal communication skills

• Ability to develop rapport and credibility with store managers

• Effective presentation selling skills

• Proficient with technology

• Effective Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel

• Experienced in territory management

• Must be willing to travel up to 60 km away

• Must have exclusive access to a vehicle

• Daily access to Internet and email to be able to complete administrative tasks including tracking, submitting call reports, and checking email regularly for new product info

• Must have a computer/laptop with home internet

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs

• Must be able to store POS at home location.

QUALIFICATIONS

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Superior execution of core program fundamentals such as: Sales, negotiating & building display, POP material,distribution of innovation & planograms compliance,

• Negotiate Sales - selling in, call for orders, in-line orders and incremental retailer support for promotional programs

• Displays- negotiating and building display on every other visit to each store.

• Develop a positive working relationship with all key retail contacts

• Execute and deliver retail coverage as per plan for efficient and effective call frequency and length

• Resolve or escalate store level issues exhibiting a sense of urgency and professionalism.

• Drive distribution on core items and new innovative sales objectives
