Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines according to production schedules and quality standards.

• Perform mold changes, adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance and part quality.

• Monitor machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times, and make necessary adjustments.

• Conduct regular maintenance on machines and molds to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Inspect parts for defects and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plastic injection molding technician or similar role.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of plastic materials, molds, and injection molding processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
