Our Copilot team, operating at the intersection of product engineering, core infrastructure, and machine learning, is searching for a passionate Lead Engineer to join our mission.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and own the architecture, design, and delivery of groundbreaking Generative AI features.

• Be a technical leader, mentoring engineers and shaping the technical direction of the team.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and bring innovative solutions to life.

• Actively participate in hiring top talent and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4-6 years of experience architecting, designing, and building highly scalable products.

• Is hands-on with Python, AWS, Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.

• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between engineering and other teams.

• Has illustrated passion for mentoring and helping others grow.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with distributed systems, micro services, and cloud technologies.

• A strong product sense and a keen eye for user experience.

• SaaS product development and shipping experience.
