Designer III, Lingerie with Calvin Klein, Inc. (New York, NY). Work closely with the Design Director as well as with cross-functional partners in order to provide and help oversee the strategic directions to advance the Calvin Klein Underwear Women’s Lingerie division to its greatest potential. Establish the stylistic direction for Calvin Klein Women’s Lingerie Underwear product that addresses the needs of diverse buyers while maintaining brand integrity. Manage the creation of computer aided design (CAD) presentations for internal use market presentations. Create style name and descriptions for new groups and silhouettes in line with brand identity. Manage relationship between utilizing external and internal cross-functional teams to facilitate product assortment, color flow, and targeted price points. Partner with cross-functional product development leads to build off-cycle product initiatives. Help to oversee PVH resources, such as color, fabric, and trim to standardize look and appeal of offerings. Manage lead-time development partnering with Product Development and Raw Materials teams to maintain deliverables. Develop Women’s lingerie Product in accordance to calendar. Prioritize tasks to ensure resource efficiency and effectiveness. Establish, monitor, and adhere to product timelines to ensure on time delivery. Report to Design Director to ensure calendar adherence, assortment focus, and aesthetic continuity. Manage seasonal tech pack creation. Ensure that tech packs are completed correctly and on-calendar. Coach, develop and manage direct report(s). Partner with Supply team to establish realistic costs for line development, understanding pricing strategies and goals. Telecommuting permitted within commuting distance.Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field and two (2) years of experience as a Fashion Designer or related position. Experience must include: Hands on experience designing and developing luxury intimate apparel and loungewear; Working with silhouettes, fabrication and sewing techniques; Pattern making and garment construction; Utilizing Hand sketch; and Utilizing Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
