As a union photographer, you will find your days to be fast-paced and full of differing assignments and people. From field work to studio shoots with image processing and retouching in between – you won’t find yourself with much down time. You may just be sitting down to edit after a busy morning of shooting and get a call to walk/drive over to the other side of the plant to document something for a program deliverable. Documenting product testing, community and internal events, and photographing teams and engineered parts in the factory at the Moorestown, NJ plant will be required. You may provide photographic coverage at other on-site locations, at customer and vendor locations where domestic and foreign travel may be required. You will need to be extremely organized and able to use our creative project management systems to schedule your work with clients, run photo shoots, and interface with the greater creative team. Being a team-player and possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will contribute to your success in the Lockheed Martin environment.

Basic Qualifications:

- Online portfolio

- Inter-personal skills

- Ability to direct shoots

- Ability to interface with c-suite executives and high-ranking government officials

- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop

- Experience using studio set-ups and lighting

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Photographer

- Ability to organize and photograph large teams

- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6-8 hours at a time

- Ability to lift/carry/load camera equipment and jump kits to and from shoots

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Valid U.S. Driver’s license

- Ability to secure a government security clearance at the Secret Level

Desired Skills:

- Experience working in a corporate, factory or in-house creative environment

- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom

- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams

- Candidates with existing active government security clearances will take precedence

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
