The Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgeries 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer Board-Certified anesthesiologists and certified nurse anesthetists for surgeries and other procedures for our friends and family.

About The Career:

· Directs the personnel, financial and operation activities for Sterile Processing and Equipment Distribution Departments. Responsible for the educational and orientation needs of the Sterile Processing Department. Plans, organizes, and manages all activities involved in the acquisition, decontamination, storage, surgical case cart system, sterilization and issuance of medical surgical and other related supplies, materials and mobile patient care equipment utilized in providing patient care.

All About You :

Education:

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) required

Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) preferred

Bachelor's Degree in related field required.

Experience:

Minimum 7 years' experience in Sterile Processing Department preferred

Minimum 5 years' experience in management preferred
