CROSSMARK PROJECT ADMIN TEAM LEAD (12 MONTH CONTRACT) in Mississauga, Ontario

CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing agency across North America and is currently looking for Project Admin Team Lead for a 12-month contract. In addition to their administrative responsibilities, the Project Administrator Team Lead will liaise with GBS, a third-party administrative support team. This includes understanding the full workload of the team, addressing any concerns with capacity, addressing any concerns with requests that the team receives, working with all teams that utilize this administrative team, to ensure clarity on expectations to deliver the requests within reasonable timelines as per the Team’s SLAs. The Project Administrator Team Lead will also manage a QC checklist and ensure a current support process exists and is communicated across the different divisions. The function of this role will also include looking for and implementing efficiencies in all areas, which includes collaboration between the admin team and between Client Services and the Sales Agency. This role will need to work closely with IT Support for any backend system support.

Responsibilities

  • Regular connects with admin team leads.

  • Ensure cross training and backup plans are in place to ensure coverage for all job functions within the admin team.

  • Provide the necessary tools and training to the admin team to accomplish their responsibilities.

  • Effectively communicate to all levels of the organization

  • Collaborate and provide resolutions for any issues and concerns for all administrative requests.

  • Assist the admin team with various job requests including project submissions, reporting and adhoc special requests.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  • Participate in business reviews and annual meetings as needed.

  • Develop and share best practices, including templates, analyses, and methodologies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Post Secondary Education with a diploma/degree in Business Studies is an asset.

  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data and delivering actionable insights with strategic thinking is a requirement.

  • Prior work experience in data analysis and systems and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of the technology involved to operate these systems is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce considered an asset.

Computer Skills:

  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • The emphasis is on Excel; understanding and creating vlookups, formulas, macros, etc.

Specialized Skills:

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be able to effectively communicate with others.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks.

  • Ability to work well in a team setting and with various levels within organization.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid Office environment with 2 days in the office per week.

Language Skills:

  • English is the primary language
