*MUST HAVE DOWNSTREAM OPERATOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

*1 year manufacturing and extrusion experience required\ *Ability to speak, read and write English, fluently lingual a Plus!

*Ability to perform simple math, and take measurements required

*Must be able to recognize colors\ *Working knowledge of extruders, printers, reels, quality control standards, and product specifications

*Forklift experience is a plus

This is what youll do:

*Read the work order and perform set ups, change overs and adjustments for the order.

*Properly monitors extrusion production including produced product, equipment, performs quality checks on product and maintains the coiling area\ *Assist to start reels, set up and monitors product for quality and conformity\ *Monitors operating parameters of product and extrusion equipment to confirm quality requirements are met\ *Maintains accurate documentation of all product dimensions on including the reasons for lost time\ *Ensures pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in the quality manual\ *Follows all company-standards, policies, and position-specific safety requirements, and reports any unsafe working conditions or broken equipment\ *Additional duties as required

Occupational and/or Physical Requirements\ *Understanding of paperwork procedures and documentation requirements\ *Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance\ *Ability to spend up to 12 hours a shift on foot around hot machinery\ *Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing, and pulling objects
