As a Lab Technician I, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of medical devices through meticulous analytical testing. Job Title: Lab Technician I

Location: Marlborough, MA

Pay Range: $ 23-27/hr

What's the Job?

• Conduct analytical tests on medical device samples to ensure they meet strict quality standards.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure all testing adheres to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.

• Support process validations by providing accurate and reliable analytical data.

• Review laboratory results and documentation to identify any potential issues.

• Actively participate in quality systems training and maintain compliance with all quality requirements.

What's Needed?

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (required).

• Experience with medical device packaging testing (bubble leak, dye penetration, visual inspection) a plus.

• Understanding and experience with ASTM and ISTA testing standards (a plus).

• Strong commitment to quality and patient safety (required).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (required).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required).

• Effective communication and documentation skills (required).
