Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury throughout our resort. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of world-class service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures to maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the resort.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, laundry services, and public area maintenance, to meet guest expectations and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure compliance with brand standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and amenities, to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Oversee the maintenance and care of all housekeeping equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, to address guest requests, resolve maintenance issues, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor housekeeping budgets, expenses, and performance metrics, implementing cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a similar executive housekeeping position.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and protocols, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
