JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sterile Processing Supervisor - 30450 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. We are seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to: * Oversee the entire range of reprocessing services at UW Health East Madison Hospital. * Ensure that standards of operation are in compliance with the standards set by all regulatory agencies. * Be responsible for a significant budget as well as assist in the ongoing hiring, training, and supervising of staff. * Possess a wide range of knowledge of ever-changing instrumentation, equipment, and techniques. * Provide instruction on new products, procedures, and equipment to ensure the best possible support for our customers and the highest possible care for our patients. * Have basic understanding of Microsoft Office and other computer programs. * Have basic knowledge of Tracking Systems and OR Scheduling Systems.
