Responsibilities

Consolidating Invoices for Supply Chain Using Concur: This involves aggregating and managing invoices related to the supply chain operations, utilizing the Concur software for processing and tracking.

Providing Administrative Support to Accounting and Supply Chain Members: Offering administrative assistance to team members in accounting and supply chain, which may include scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks.

Applying General Knowledge of Accounting/Financial Policies and Procedures: Using a broad understanding of accounting principles and financial policies to address specific inquiries and resolve non-routine issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial practices.

Maintaining Strict Confidentiality of Sensitive Information: Ensuring that all sensitive and confidential information is handled with utmost discretion and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP, Concur, and Other Applications: Efficiently using various software tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, SAP, and Concur, to perform daily tasks, manage data, and generate reports as required.
