Robert Half is working with a leading provider in the gaming industry, known for their innovative solutions and exceptional customer service, in their search for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Process various types of billing, including parts, games sales, and participation fees, in an accurate and timely manner.

• Handle new contract processing, ensuring all details are accurately reflected in the system.

• Conduct credit verification for new customers and monitor accounts receivable for accuracy, especially focusing on past due accounts.

• Maintain records of accounts receivable and payments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Actively communicate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment collection.

• Assist in generating invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to billing and accounts receivable.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of related accounts receivable experience and/or training. Gaming industry experience is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and using lookup functions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently while adhering to department and company policies.
