The Chemist is responsible for conducting laboratory work related to chemistry and formulation.

My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Conduct experimental, characterization and investigation work according to R&D program plan.

• Record results and participate in the preparation of capitalization reports of R&D programs or projects, and support SOPs drafting efforts as per program manager instructions.

• In charge of the lab equipment maintenance and calibration as assigned.

• Maintain the lab equipment in good working condition & take care of general housekeeping of lab.

• Maintain the inventory of consumables (chemicals, glassware, etc), seek quotations & raise Purchasing Order (PO) to procure these consumables.

• Work in strict observance of EHS rules.

Must have

• Bachelor Degree or master's degree in Chemistry

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemistry laboratory

• Attention to detail, possess high accuracy in performing complex tasks

• Understanding of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and safety in chemical laboratory

• Good command of English both written and spoken

• Able to work at Lat Krabang Industrial Estate
