Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation as the Team Assistant for Technical Tendering Team for LV, MV & Substation Automation and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

In this role you will be carrying out the following.

Administrative Support:

-Provide administrative assistance to the Technical Tendering Team in UAE and Oman.

Documentation, Coordination and Database:

-Assist in the preparation and organization of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

-Coordinate communication between team members and external stakeholders.

-Preparation of calculations (OGT) as per calculation guideline and offer letters.

-Ensure timely distribution of relevant documents and follow up on action items.

-Maintain and update databases related to tendering activities, ensuring data integrity.

-Support team assistant from other teams during their leaves.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

• Basic understanding of technical tendering processes is a plus.

• Minimum requirement is a Intermediate Degree; additional qualifications in office administration in relevant field or Bachelor is a plus.

• Ready to learn and work in challenging environment

• Must possess collaborative and communication skills

• Be able to interact effectively within a diverse working and customer environment in English
