ENTRUST Solutions Group Steam Turbines Engineering Manager - REMOTE in Greenville, South Carolina

Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Company resource for securing and technical execution of power plant consulting projects

  • Diverse technical skillset in areas relevant to TG Advisers’ engineering offerings

  • Key point of contact with perspective and existing clients, ensure consistent communications and immediate attention to concerns

  • Actively coach, develop, and retain engineering team

  • Facilitate and participate in technical challenge sessions with subject matter experts

  • Actively leverage company efforts to market to additional prospective or existing clients – facilitate technical presentations and demonstrate capabilities and offerings

  • Interpret client needs, develop proposals, and ensure technical and business objectives are met

  • Address project scope or schedule concerns reported to management

  • Enhance business execution systems and operations

  • Travel up to approximately 10-15% for field project execution and business development which may require short notice and off hours to address emergent client needs and energy market schedule

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering (or greater)

  • 10+ years of demonstrated turbine & generator engineering, manufacture or service related job experience

  • Proficient in applicable engineering calculations, assessments, and analysis

  • Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated with excellent communication skills and ability to work and drive business development in a high output environment

  • Travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree
