Insight Global Support Technician in Fort Worth, Texas

Job Description

A fortune 500 company in Fort Worth, Texas is looking for support technicians to assist with the support of a proprietary internal product. On a daily basis, the ideal candidate(s) will be working remotely to answer inbound calls from customers such as pharmacists, pharmacist technicians, etc. from large and small organizations to support their needs.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience with basic troubleshooting

  • Some technical terminology knowledge (i.e. routers, single sign on, firewall, etc.)

  • 3+ years of customer support experience

  • Strong salesforce background and knowledge

  • Strong, outgoing and positive personality - Any certifications

  • ServiceNow knowledge null
