What you will do

As Senior Manager Clinical Consulting you will lead a team of Clinical Consultants responsible for the execution of professional services during the deployment of Oracle Health solutions.

You will work collaborately with the team and other business managers to

  • Achieve operational targets with significant contribution towards the achievement of both short and long term results for the team, department and organization.

  • Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives and establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.

  • Guide the development and management of transformation strategies

  • Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth

  • Manage one or more teams of employees

Career Level - M3

Responsibilities

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical studies, Nursing, Healthcare, Health Informatics or equivalent relevant work experience

  • 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry

  • 5+ years experience in Healthcare IT field

  • 3 years experience as a People Leader

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium)

  • Has an understanding and experience practicing project implementation methodologies

  • Han an understanding of Clinical Adoption practices and methodologies

Expectations:

  • This is a Hybrid role as there will be an expectation for the manager to hold project assignments

  • Up to 50% business travel.
