Job Description

An employer is seeking a Building Automation Systems Engineer to sit in Douglasville, Ga. This person will provide input and assistance on data center construction and upgrade projects. Assuring that projects are properly documented for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. This person will program and fully understand all front-end computer and field DDC controller programming languages. You will write custom code to control all mechanical systems safely and correctly, design energy efficient logical programs. Develop graphics for human-machine interface and operator use, and direct and define the most effective use of energy conservation programs. In addition, you will provide input and assistance on data center construction and upgrade projects. Maintain a plan library as related to the BAS. On new construction, provide Subject Matter Expert level experience to the design team for review of drawings and SOO's.

Skills and Requirements

-6+ years of relevant technical experience with Building Automation Systems

-Proficient with BACnet, Modbus, SMNP protocols.

-Automation systems integration and coding experience - ex. Text based augments on how things should operate -15 years of relevant technical experience with Building Automation Systems.

-5 years of BMS project management experience

-BMS/EPMS system design and bidding experience null
