Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OT Security Risk / Audit and Education Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving our operational technology (OT) security risk and audit processes, as well as leading OT security education initiatives within the organization. This role includes the leading of a small team of security professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a small team of security professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring team members are up to date with the latest security practices.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate OT security risks.

• Audit Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with OT security policies and standards.

• Education and Training: Develop and deliver OT security training programs for employees.

• Policy Development: Develop and update OT security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certification.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT security risk management and audit.

• Strong knowledge of OT security principles and technologies.

• Proven experience in leading a team.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
