DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a 1st shift Monday-Friday position. 

Starts at $22.00/hr. and increases based on previous relevant work experience

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Fundamental job requirements which an individual must be able to perform in order to accomplish the,basic duties of the job. * Plan and schedule maintenance activities using the SAP Plant Maintenance Module. * Create, manage, and maintain equipment Master Data, Bill of Materials, Preventative Maintenance Plans and Task lists, etc. * Work order requests process management including priority setting and scheduling of work orders. * Assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with coordinating maintenance activities, vendors and subcontractors for work to be performed internally or outsourced. Including writing scopes and getting estimates. * Responsible for upkeep of department safety documentation. Including toolbox talks, LOTO, confined space and daily maintenance checklists and drive 2 zero requirements. * Provide administrative services to assigned Plant Manager and Supervisors on an as needed basis. * Confirm and enter labor hours as needed for department. * Create, manage, and maintain master PM schedule and PM frequencies along with Critical Equipment, Asset, & Spares Lists. * Run Maintenance Performance Metrics and Manpower Backlog Reports. * Track the safety, delivery, and quality production metrics in assigned cost center(s). * Schedule co-worker safety certification physicals and track expiring training certifications within assigned cost center. * Maintain current JSA's and assist in development of future JSA's (Job Safety Analysis) for all department functions. * Perform other job duties and assignments as required within scope of job responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: * High School Graduate or G.E.D. required * Associates / bachelor's degree in business or similar preferred. * Experience: PC Skills, Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point) required. * Ultipro (HR System) and Kronos (Time System) preferred. * Bilingual a plus; English/Spanish * 5+ years of experience as a super user using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); preferably SAP.
