Your Role and Responsibilities

Our Ecosystem Marketers have a deep understanding of our Business Partners: how they go to market, what they value in a partner, and what their priority offerings are. Much of the Partner Ecosystem's success will hinge on our ability to drive incremental business through the newly recruited Business Partners and activating our current partners through our focus products.

To enable this success, the Ecosystem Marketing team ensures holistic views of the partner journey are identified and analyzed so we understand the entirety of a Partner's experience with IBM. Identifying and acting on the marketing journey performance informs decisions, improves Partner experience, and accelerates business growth. The Global Ecosystem Marketer, Demand & Analytics team member will be a part of the xEcosystem Strategic Priorities Squad and focus on tracking the marketing funnel and providing valuable insights to optimize marketing demand activities.

The responsibilities of this mission will be to:

  1. Partner with the Digital and Demand Marketing teams to review and optimize the Business Partner marketing journey

  2. Track responses, interest, and performance from our marketing campaigns

  3. Create and maintain reporting scorecards for the Ecosystem Marketing squad

  4. Derive Insights and communicate on results to stakeholders and extended teams

  5. This role requires a self starter with the ability to collaborate cross functionally while partnering with the other members of the Ecosystem Marketing and Geography teams

  6. This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times per week
