Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of one of our leading retail clients supporting a team working on a loyalty program application. In this role you will mainly be focused on managing finances, resource allocation and budgeting, and some project coordination. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and previous experience working with technical teams.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with some Project Coordination experience

Previous experience working with Clarity

Strong experience with Excel (V Lookups)

Previous experience working with a loyalty project and the technology that supports it

Understanding of tools such as Fieldglass

Previous experience with budget forecasting, managing actuals, cost plan submissions and issue management with SOWs

Strong documentation experience

Previous experience with resource management including onboarding, timesheets, issue management

Proven experience executing on small to medium size projects null
