Exterran Training officer in Bangrak Bangkok, Thailand

Position Summary:

Plan, conduct, and coordinate training and human resource development activities of an organization to maximize employees’ performance. Prepare and research training data. Prepare report. Control and maintain good result for T&D. Take role as facilitators in training course.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Training need analysis

• Cooperate with line managers to create job descriptions

• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, competency appraisal and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

Training programming and planning

• Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs.

• Manage the delivery of training and development programs as a training strategy for the organization.

• Amend and revise programs as necessary

• Devise individual learning plans along with career path.

• To monitor and conducts training and development programs to improve employee’s capabilities and holding such courses both in the internal & external including submitting problem, obstacles and problem solving to immediate supervisor.

• Manage the delivery of training and development programs as a training strategy for the organization.

• To Contact and co-ordinate with organizer to operate and promote training and development job functions.

Course coordination

• Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.

• To tracking and coordinate with all dept. to provide the specific training course to their staff within the time limited.

• To support T&D plan, KPI & Projects to successful.

• To control, provide and filing the material training as; Text Books, Magazine, CD, and etc.

• Seek qualified instructors for public and in-house courses.

• Provide training venue, food & beverage, and relevant material for in-house courses.

Following up

• Evaluate training and development programs by pre-test and post-test.

• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

• Assess the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important.

• Conduct appraisals.


• Undertake training monthly and annual report/ record.

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Age between 26 – 30 years

• Bachelor’s or Master degree of Human Resources Management, Political Science, or other related fields

• 2 - 3 years of working experience in Human Resources Development Field

• 0 - 3 years of working experience in Training Field

• Knowledge of Human Resources Development tools

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.

• Able to work under the pressure, encourage, good attitude and interpersonal skills.
