Hyatt Event Executive in BANGKOK, Thailand

Description:

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Event Sales department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Together with the Event Sales Team, the Event Executive is primarily responsible for converting all incoming leads. The Event Executive is required to handle last minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event and undertake telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required. To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by cross selling and up-selling other hotel facilities and services.

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Event Executive or Event Coordinator.

  • Good command of English and Thai

  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
