More than 5 years experience in MT Trade Marketing/ Category Development and/or Marketing with Sales experience or exhibits strong functional skill and leadership capabilities. Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role. Understands customers and the selling process.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

  • Develop the Channel and Category vision, objectives, strategies, plans and tactics that deliver channel and multi-category growth (applicable to MT & CVS Channels only)

  • Accountable & Responsible for defining strategies and plans that deliver Category/ sub Category growth in MT & CVS channels based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements, including JBP intitiatives with key customers with fully align with Brand's vision and strategies.

  • Accountable and responsible for driving the ICP by identifing the key opportunities (incorporating shopper behaviour in MT & CVS channels, channel specific promotional learnings, competitor analysis and best practice inputs) and develop a commercial activity calendar for the channel.

  • Accountable & Responsible for driving the ICP process by identifying, aligning and priortize category opportunities with priotized key customers in MT & CVS channels (incorporating understanding on shoppers, category, customer, competition, channel and external environment)

  • Identify, align and prioritize Channel opportunities with category prioritization

  • Works cross functionally to identify, prioritize & develop channel initiatives that meets the needs of the shopper, customer & Nestle. Support the construction of key commercial propositions at the Channel level in MT & CVS channels

  • Drive trade spend strategy and management associated with the Category Channel Plan (applicable to MT & CVS Channels only)

  • Responsible for developing new product trade launch strategy, including recommending winning commercial propositions for the category (applicable to MT & CVS Channels only)

  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.

  • Ensure compliance of team’s activities with the WHO Code, local code and the Nestlé Instructions

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • More than 5 years experience in MT Trade Marketing/ Category Development and/or Marketing with Sales experience or exhibits strong functional skill and leadership capabilities.

  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer (not limited to Key Accounts) facing role. Understands customers and the selling process.

  • Strong analytical skill. Good organization awareness

  • Strong communication skill

  • Good command in English & Thai.
