About this role:

As Data Scientist, you will join a Data Sciences team responsible for creating highly personalised offers for our Guests. You will play crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising the machine learning solutions in production.

About you:

• 4-year degree in Quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent experience

• Strong fundamentals in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra and ML Engineering

• Strong analytical thinking skills with an ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required

• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, Pyspark, SQL, Hadoop/Hive

• Able to produce reasonable documents/narrative suggesting actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly tell data driven stories through appropriate visualizations, graphs and narratives

• Self-driven and results oriented

• Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively across geographies/time zones
