Description:

Civil CAD Drafting/design for various private sector land development projects. Will use Civil 3D and will be responsible for surface, utility profiles/networks, details, grading, etc.. Will also help coordinate tasks with the PM and the Project Engineer on each project.

They prefer someone in the office 5 days per week, but if the candidate has strong skills, they will be open to having someone work remote/hybrid schedule, but must be willing to come into their office when needed, a few times per month minimum.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

2 plus years of Civil CAD Tech experience

Experience with grading, surfacing, utility profiles/networks, and detailing

2 plus years of experience with Civil 3D

BONUS:

5 plus years of experience

Land Development project experience
